Over 8 thousand sq meters of credit housing commissioned in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. August 5. KAZINFORM More than 8 thousand sq meters of credit housing was commissioned I Kazakhstan in the first half of the year, the press service of the Agency for Construction, Housing and Utilities of Kazakhstan informs, according to PM.kz site.

"8.9 thousand sq meters of the total floor space of houses or 6.3 thousand sq meters of floor space of apartments was commissioned in January-June 2012," the statement reads.

This type of housing is commissioned in Pavlodar region. In total, it is planned to put into service 30 thousand sq meters of credit housing in Pavlodar region.

Besides, about 150 thousand sq meters of credit housing will be built in Astana and Almaty cities this year as well as in Aktobe and Karaganda region. Thus, it is planned to commission 50.9 thousand sq meters of housing in Almaty, 38.3 thousand - Aktobe region, 30.2 thousand - in Karaganda region, 29.9 thousand - in Astana.

Besides, 5.5 thousand sq meters of housing will be put into service in Akmola region, 7.4 thousand - in Almaty region, 12 thousand - in Atyrau region, 4.9 thousand - in Zhambyl region, 23 thousand - in West Kazakhstan region, 12 thousand - in Kostanay region, 6.8 thousand - in Kyzylorda region, 24 thousand - in Mangystau region, 17.8 thousand - in North Kazakhstan region and 20.3 thousand sq meters in East Kazakhstan region.

It should be noted that active work on improvement of the system of housing construction savings is held. 3552 people received housing, intermediate and preliminary loans amounting to more than 12.4 bln tenge in January-June 2012. 1302 borrowers received their loans totaling over 4.2 bln tenge within the framework of the State Program.

In whole, it is planned to commission 313 thousand sq meters of credit housing in all the regions of the country.
