Paddler Baltabayeva brings Kazakhstan first medal at Asian Para Games

 Paddler Zhanyl Baltabayeva claimed the first medal – bronze – for Kazakhstan at the Asian Para Games in Hangzhou, China, Kazinform cites Sports.kz. 

Baltabayeva finished third in the Women’s VL3 Final clinching bronze. Uzbek Shakhzoda Mamadaliyeva claimed gold, while Chinese Zhong Yongyuan settled for silver.

The Asian Para Games will run in Hangzhou through October 28. 131 athletes in 14 sports represent Kazakhstan at the event.
