Palace of Friendship to be constructed in Karaganda

KARAGANDA. February 7. KAZINFORM /Valentina Yelizarova/ Construction of a Palace of Friendship will be started in Karaganda this year. Governor of Karaganda oblast Nurlan Nigmatulin has made it public at a report meeting with the residents; Kazinform reports.

The governor said that the project has been elaborated and the financing issue is solved positively. It is planned that the building will have a hall for 1500 or 1800 seats.
