Para judoka Dayana Fedossova wins silver at IBSA Judo Tokyo Grand-Prix 2023

Para judoka Dayana Fedossova from Temirtau, Karaganda region, took a silver medal at the IBSA Judo Tokyo Grand-Prix 2023 tournament, Kazinform News Agency reports.

Fedossova, who competes in a 57kg weight category, lost to Kusomhon Hojayeva from Uzbekistan in the tournament’s finals, says regional ocal physical culture and sport department.

Last year, she finished third in the IBSA World Championships in Baku.

In 2023, she grabbed a gold medal at the IBSA Judo Asian Championships in Astana and a bronze medal at the 2023 Asian Games in Hangzhou.
