Pavlodar oblast Governor meets ENRC heads

PAVLODAR. April 16. KAZINFORM /Vera Livintsova/ Governor of Pavlodar oblast Bakytzhan Sagintayev has met with the ENRC heads; Kazinform reports. It comprises the largest enterprises of the region –Aluminum Kazakhstan, Aksu Ferroalloys Plant, Kazakhstan Electrolysis Plant, Eurasian Energy Corporation, which signed memorandums of social partnership with Pavlodar oblast akimat (administration).

The Governor noted that the enterprises fulfill their obligations. Plants, power station in Aksu and ?East? section function in Ekibastuz; job cuts are not seen. Arriving in Pavlodar, ENRC-London Chairman of the Board of Directors David Cooksey informed that the Pavlodar enterprises will not change further development course, though plants in other countries have be closed because of the crisis.
