Pavlodar student Y. Klochkov won in two int?l Math Olympiads
ALMATY. March 11. KAZINFORM. /Aigul Turysbekova/ Yegor Klochkov, a schoolboy from Pavlodar town became the winner of the XXI Asian Pacific Mathematics Olympiad and VIII Mathematics Olympiad ?Silk Road?.
Among the awardees are school students of Pavlodar, Uralsk, Shymkent and Almaty. The Olympiads were organized by the Al Farabi Kazakh National University with support of the Republican Scientific Practical Center ?Daryn?.
38 countries including Argentina, Australia, Canada, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Russia, the US, Turkey and others take part in the XXI Asian Pacific Mathematics Olympiad. The countries along the historic Silk Road: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Azerbaijan, China and other are the participants of the ?Silk Road? Math Olympiad.
