Petropavlovsk plant takes part in construction of EXPO-2017 facilities

PETROPAVLOVSK. KAZINFORM - The Petropavlovsk plant of pre-fabricated steel constructions has produced 600 tons of steel constructions since the beginning of the year. The constructions will be used for building the pavilions for the international exhibition EXPO-2017, vice president of the plant Azamat Bekkuzhinov informed.

"Last year, we concluded an agreement on supply of the works for construction of the facilities of the international specialized exhibition EXPO-2017. As of today, we shipped over 30% of steel constructions within the agreement, it is about 600 tons. They will be used for building the pavilions of the exhibition. This project is important for our plant. First of all, it is a great opportunity to enter the international market. Secondly, the order allowed us to create 30 new jobs. The total cost of the order is 500 mln tenge. The project will be implemented by the end of May," he noted.
