TANA. November 14. KAZINFORM On November 10 the Museum of Modern Arts in Astana hosted the opening of a photo exhibition Human Rights start from Child Rights on the occasion of 20th Anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence.

The exhibition is the culmination of the so-named photographic contest among children and youth held by the Public Fund "Law Centre" with the assistance of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the press service of the UNICEF Kazakhstan reports.

38 pictures taken by the participants of the contest are intended to remind that children are the most precious element of our life. Children are innocent and vulnerable, and heavily reliant on our love and support.

Children's emotions and the beauty of their open faces make everyone smile. As all adults were children at one time. Despite all the differences and variances they share one communality - childhood. At this particular age kindness, tolerance and respect take rise.

Contest winners were awarded diplomas, certificates of acknowledgement and other prizes.

The exhibition is open for public visit from 10 through 20 November 2011.
