Platform of World Young Turkic Leaders to be established

BAKU. August 17. KAZINFORM. The Platform of World Turkish Young Political Leaders will be established at the Union of World Turkic Youth; Kazinform refers to Trend.Az.

Ramil Hasanov, the chairman of the youth organization of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party (NAP) made the initiative at the 13th conference of the Union, NAP Web site reported.

The 13th conference of the Union of World TurkicYouth was held in Yalta on Aug. 8-15. As many as 300 delegates from 30 countries and autonomous establishments attended the event to discuss the role of youth in promoting closer relations among the Turkic nations.

The platform targets paying young political leaders' contribution in unification of the Turkic nations. The first meeting of the Platform of World Turkish Young Political Leaders is scheduled for December, 2009; Kazinform cites Trend.Az.
