PM assigns tasks on 100 Schools, 100 Hospitals Project
ANA. August 17. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ Prime Minister Karim Massimov has alloted several tasks on execution of the 100 Schools, 100 Hospitals Project today at the Government meeting.
In particular, he urged to stop funding those projects which do not have complete set of documents. "Frequently a construction project is started without all the required documents available. Such applications for financing must be rejected", he said.
He also required not to finance the construction of the facilities which akimats cannot afford. Namely, whenever an akimat initiates construction of a school, it must possess enough funds to finance the construction at its own expense. Local administration must not begin construction without approved construction documentation available. This applies not to schools and hospitals only, but any construction project before it is started, according to the Premier.
