PM: Control, quality and personnel training - three priority directions

ANA.  October 21. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ In nine months of the current year we have adopted several important laws which helped the country's economy, Prime Minister Karim Massimov has said at the plenary session of the Majilis - Lower Chamber of the Kazakh Parliament.

After the majilismen approved bills On guaranteed transfers from the National Fund of Kazakhstan for 2010-2012 and On National Budget for 2010-2012 the Prime Minister said he would hold a conference on agricultural sector support this week.

"Over the crisis we have developed new approaches to economic management. To my mind, we must pay more attention to three priority directions: control over execution of the Government's decisions, control over quality, and the last direction is training the personnel", he said.

The Prime Minister also charged Vice PM U. Shukeyev and Minister of Agriculture A. Kurishbayev to organize conferences with the regions.

In the course of the sitting the deputies expressed concern over unfavorable conjuncture on the grain markets. Their propositions related primarily to increasing grain purchase by the Prodcorporation, raising purchasing prices for grain as well as enhancing work on search for buyers of the Kazakh grain.
