PM held conference on allocation of preferential loans for students

ASTANA. March20. KAZINFORM Today in the Ukimet Uyi Prime Minister Karim Massimov has held a conference on allocation of preferential loans for the students, Kazinform has learnt from the PM?s press office.

Minister of Education and Science Zhansseit Tuimebayev, Chairman of SamrukKazyna National Welfare Fund Kairat Kelimbetov and representatives of Alliance Bank JSC ? operator bank on granting the loans ? took part in the meeting. As earlier reported, the Prime Minister charged Z. Tuimebayev to solve the problem of allocation of preferential loans for the students at yesterday?s sitting of the Ministry?s board. Today the Minister informed of solution of all disagreements among the Ministry, Alliance Bank and SamrukKazyna Fund. Since March 24 the universities will start arranging the work of the bank-agent which will gather applications and documents. The procedure of considering, drawing up of the applications and giving loans will take 5 days, he added. Vice Chairman of Alliance Bank Sholpan Nurumbetova noted students of 59 universities could apply for preferential loans.
