PM Massimov holds meeting with Premier of the State Council Li Keqiang in Davos

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov has met with Premier of the State Council of China Li Keqiang on the sidelines of the ongoing World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

This was reported on the website of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan. During the meeting, the Heads of Governments discussed the issues of deepening Kazakh-Chinese cooperation, the course of performance of previously reached agreements, terms and conditions for the implementation of joint projects. Li Keqiang, who visited Kazakhstan at the end of last year, said the Governments of the two states should let enterprises play a main role in bilateral production capacity collaboration. Chinese Head of Government also urged both sides to advance the priority projects and provide good supportive services in the spheres of finance, investment and personnel exchanges. In turn, Massimov said that Kazakhstan is willing to actively boost production capacity cooperation with China and create a desirable environment for it. Kazakhstan is glad to carry out railway and new energy collaboration with China, he said.
