PM urged Communications and Information Minister to ensure open and transparent coverage of events in Mangystau region

ASTANA. December 20. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Prime Minister Karim Massimov has urged Minister of Communications and Information Askar Zhumagaliyev to provide open and transparent coverage of the events occurred in Mangystau region.

"Transparency, openness and accessibility of mass media are one of the key issues which should be ensured," K.Massimov said.

The Premier noted that if there is no transparency, the society will have many questions.

A.Zhumagaliyev is in the structure of the governmental commission in Mangystau region.
