Poroshenko thanked Nazarbayev for contribution to peaceful settlement of conflict in Ukraine

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko held a telephone conversation today, the press service of the President of Kazakhstan informs.

The presidents discussed the results of the meeting in Minsk aimed at resolution of the Ukrainian crisis.

The Ukrainian President thanked Nazarbayev Nazarbayev for his personal participation and contribution to the process of peaceful resolution of the conflict and asked to continue the efforts in this sphere.

Petro Poroshenko assured that the Ukrainian side would fulfill all the conditions of the agreement on ceasefire. He also drew attention to the fact that the conditions of the ceasefire agreement apply to both sides of the conflict.

The President of Kazakhstan noted the importance of observance of all the conditions of the agreement and implementation of all the measures provided by the Minsk agreement. The entire world is waiting for it.

The conversation was held on the initiative of the Ukrainian side.
