Precipitation, fog, blizzard and ice-storm forecast for Friday in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Precipitation, fog, blizzard, ice-storm and strong wind are forecast in almost all the regions of Kazakhstan. Eastern and south-eastern regions of the country are not expected to experience bad weather because of the anticyclone which is still over eastern part of the country, "Kazgidromet" republican state enterprise informs.

Almaty region will have fog and Zhalanakol district is forecast to have strong wind for today.

Fog is also expected to be at night in North Kazakhstan and Karaganda regions and strong wind during the day.

Fog and strong wind are also forecast for South Kazakhstan region.

Fog and ice-storm are expected in Kyzylorda, Mangystau and Atyrau regions.

Blizzard has been forecast for Kostanay region and West Kazakhstan region.

Fog will partially cover East Kazakhstan region.

Strong wind will be blowing in Akmola region.

Fog is expected in Zhambyl region as well.
