Precipitation, gusty wind expected in Kazakhstan Nov 23-25

The most of Kazakhstan will remain under the influence of a cyclone bringing heavy precipitation to certain areas of the country on November 23-25, Kazinform News Agency cites Kazhydromet.

According to Kazakhstan’s national weather agency, a mix of rain and snow is expected in the south and southeast on November 23, in the northwest and north on November 24.

Mets predict that the weather conditions are forecast to improve gradually only in the south and southeast by November 25.

Gusty wind is in store for parts of the country, especially in the south and southeast of Kazakhstan where gusts may reach up to 30 mps. Chances of blizzard and ice slick will be high in northern Kazakhstan.

Coldest temperature of -3, -15°C will be observed in central Kazakhstan.
