Preliminary expenses for OSCE Summit's organization made about EUR 11 mln - MFA

ASTANA. November 29. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ Preliminary sum of money spent for organization of the OSCE Summit in Astana has made about EUR 11 mln. Director of the OSCE Department of the Kazakh Foreign Affairs Ministry, Ambassador-at-Large Serzhan Abdykarimov informed of it at a briefing today.

"As a rule, the hosting party and all participating states of the OSCE make their contributions for organization of a summit. All expenses have been pre-negotiated", he stressed.

According to him, the shares of expenditures are calculated in accordance with the scale of contributions of the Organization's participating states to its budget. "Preliminary, the sum made approximately EUR 11 mln. A quarter of this money is provided by the participating states", S. Abdykarimov resumed.
