Presentation of Nazarbayev?s book in Moscow: Kazakh President - pragmatic and far-sighted

KAZINFORM. /Arnur Rakhymbekov/ A presentation of Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev?s book ?Strategy of establishment of post-industrial society and partnership of civilizations? took place at the Russian information agency ?RIA-novosti? in Moscow on February 3; Kazinform reports.

The book contains fundamental works and speeches of N.Nazarbayev on the issues of implementation of ?Kazakhstan ? 2030? strategy and establishment of the post-industrial society. Thoughts outstanding Russian scientists on high rates of qualitative growth of the economy and social sphere of Kazakhstan are given in the book as well. Deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Nurtai Abykayev, Minister of Industry and Trade Vladimir Shkolnik, Councilor of the Kazakh Embassy in Russia Samat Ordabayev, Academician of the Kazakh National Academy of Sciences Nuraly Bekturganov took part in the presentation. President of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences Oleg Kuznetsov, Academician Valery Kushlin, Professor Anatoly Spitsyn and other Russian experts represented the Russian side. ?It is needless to say that the book is written by the politician who has played a significant role over the recent decades in the whole post-Soviet space. This book is not a fiction. It is intellectual reading. It is of profound importance for those who study CIS processes. The publication of the book fell on the crisis period, when experience exchange is particularly important. This time tests the real strength our bilateral relations established within the framework of the CIS?, Vitaly Dymarsky, anchor of the radio station ?Echo of Moscow? opened the presentation with these words. First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Nurtai Abykayev informed that the book contained fundamental works and speeches of Nursultan Nazarbayev on implementation of ?Kazakhstan ? 2030? strategy and establishment of the post-industrial society; integration priorities and mechanisms of partnership of civilizations. The author gives analysis to multilateral modernization of Kazakhstan and increase of national competitiveness: from stability ? through modernization ? to prosperity. Multilateral spirit of Kazakhstan?s policy, strategic partnership between Russia and Kazakhstan, deepening of CIS states? integration are also described in the book. ?Nursultan Nazarbayev, as an outstanding politician and scientist, always pays special to safeguarding and modernization of economic relations in the CIS. I would like to emphasize, our President manages to do it despite current difficulties and new challenges?, N. Abykayev noted. Taking the floor President of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences Oleg Kuznetsov noted that his scientific institution held regular contacts with Kazakhstani research centers. ?Kazakh leader had a very difficult task. In the beginning of 1990s the country?s economy was based on the raw material sector. It was necessary to find balance between the market and the state. Kazakhstan succeeded in it best of all in the CIS. N. Nazarbayev timely raised a question of establishing powerful foundation in economy?, O. Kuznetsov said. Chairman of the holding ?Parasat? Nuraly Bekturganov noted that the issues of partnership of future civilizations were described in detail in the book. ?Here N. Nazarbayev speaks about unity of diversity, i.e. any country, in spite of its size and level of development, enriches common culture of mankind. The result is that the partnership of civilizations is a true factor of prosperity of our world?, he said. Kazakh Minister Vladimir Shkolnik tried to explain the theory of the book through practice of life. Main concern of the majority of people is their future and future of their children. Few people can predict the future. Ability to dip into the future is a rare gift. In this context, Nursultan Nazarbayev is a far-sighted strategist, whose words always match his actions. Head of information center of the Moscow State University Alexey Vlassov noted Kazakh President?s ability to know people and collect an effective executive team. Monday the Russian newspaper ?Rossiyskaya gazeta? published an article ?Key to crisis? where Nursultan Nazarbayev offers basic principles to overcome the current global situation.
