President congratulated faculty of Kazakh National Agrarian University on 80th anniversary

ALMATY. November 15. KAZINFORM /Yekaterina Ionova/ Today President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has visited the Kazakh National Agrarian University celebrating its 80yh anniversary.

N.Nazarbayev together with Minister of Education and Science Bakytzhan Zhumagulov and Almaty Mayor Akhmetzhan Yesimov fmilirized with the activity of the Kazakh-Japanese Innovations Center. The Head of the State got acquainted with the work of food and environment safety laboratory and was informed on the realization of projects on priority programs of science and technology development.

Live video conference with the scientists of the University participating in the realization of the Program of Forced Industrial-Innovative Development of the agro-industrial complex in the regions was held in the University as well.

The President also visited exhibition of scientific achievements.

Later the Head of the State met with students and faculty of the University. He congratulated them on the 80^th anniversary of the higher educational institution and wished prosperity to the University.
