President extends congratulations on 30th jubilee of Bolashak Scholarship Program

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a letter of congratulations to the participants of a forum dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Bolashak International Scholarship Program, Kazinform News Agency cites Akorda.

In his letter, the President notes that the program has turned into a social elevator for the youth from every corner of the country. Throughout the years passed, the project greatly contributed to the training of personnel pool with advanced knowledge and competences.

"Thousands of graduates of the Bolashak Program successfully work for the benefit of Kazakhstan standing as the conductors of positive changes in many spheres.

Our country has entered the period when we need to make a breakthrough in our development. We set ambitious objectives in structural transformation of economy, further modernization of the political system, building a truly fair and inclusive society. Investments in education and creation of conditions for citizens’ self-accomplishment are of paramount importance here.

The state will always support talented, hard-working and purposeful youth embodying the ideals of ‘Adal Azamat’ (Honest Citizen), the letter reads.

The President expressed confidence that the graduates of the Bolashak Program and all young professionals will contribute to a large-scale and all-round transformation of Kazakhstan.
