?Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev in his article ?Keys to the crisis? explains how the world reached economic and financial crisis and suggests the ways out of the situation. He suggests the solution of the problem on world and regional levels. Kazakhstan has positive experience in crisis overcoming, gained after the collapse of the Soviet Union, and we propose this experience?, the Deputy said.
