President N.Nazarbayev receives Chairman of Board of Eurasian Development Bank I.Finogenov

sp;ASTANA-AKORDA. November 18. KAZINFORM Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev has received Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Development Bank Igor Finogenov and Kazakhstan Minister of Finance Bolat Zhamishev; the President's press service reports.

Igor Finogenov informed the President of the results of the Bank's activity over three years. "we implement projects successfully", Igor Finogenov said to journalists at the briefing.

He named reconstruction of the Ekibastuz GRES-2 Power Station, construction of its new unit; financing the project of joint uranium mining in Kazakhstan, its extraction and processing; projects connected with construction of energy transfer powers and power lines, which allow to energize South Kazakhstan from the unified energy system of all participants of the energy market.

"At present we have projects amounting to USD 1.2 bln. Half of these projects are fulfilled in Kazakhstan", Igor Finogenov noted.
