President Nazarbayev congratulates popular actor on anniversary

ALMATY. May 8. KAZINFORM On behalf of President Nazarbayev akim (major) of Almaty city Akhmetzhan Yessimov handed a letter of congratulations to People's Artist Asanali Ashimov on the occasion of his 75th anniversary, akim's press service reports.

In his congratulatory letter the Head of the State stressed that success of the Kazakh theater and cinematography is directly associated with the name of Asanali Ashimov.

 "Your roles at the Mukhtar Auezov Theater and "Kazakhfilm" film studio won you respect and love of the people. As an actor, director and teacher you are an example for young generation. I wish you good roles in movies and theater," the letter reads.

 A. Yessimov, in his turn, congratulated the popular actor on his anniversary, wished him good health, prosperity and many happy returns of the day.
