President Nazarbayev highly appreciated results of negotiations with Chancellor Angela Merkel
At a press conference following the results of the negotiations N.Nazarbayev noted that Germany is one of the leading economic partners of Kazakhstan.
"First of all, I want to express my gratitude to Federal Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel and all German friends for the invitation and hospitality. My visit is being held ahead of the 20th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries," the President said.
The Head of State noted that over the past years a strong foundation for bilateral cooperation was established between the states, the contractual legal framework of more than 30 documents was formed.
"I highly appreciate this visit to your country. We discussed all topical issues of bilateral cooperation and international policy," N.Nazarbayev said.
