President Nazarbayev starts official visit to France

PARIS. October 27. KAZINFORM /Dimash Syzdykov/ A two-day official visit of Kazak President Nursultan Nazarbayev to France has started.

In the course of the visit the Head of the State will meet with President of France Nicolas Sarkozy in the Élysée Palace.

French Prime Minister François Fillon will meet the Kazakh President in the Hôtel Matignon.

Besides, President N.Nazarbayev plans to participate in a conference dedicated to the 20^th anniversary of the Charter of Paris and Kazakhstan's presidency in the OSCE.

The Kazakh President is expected to take part in an opening of a session of the Kazakh-French business forum as well as a meeting of the Head of the State with representatives of the largest companies of France.

Within the framework of the visit it is planned to sign bilateral documents between Kazakhstan and France in the field of nuclear power, transport and defense.

The Head of the State will hold meetings with outstanding representatives of political, business, intellectual circles and mass media.
