President Nazarbayev to attend Boao Forum for Asia

BEIJING. April 9. KAZINFORM /Talgat Baimukhambetov/ President Nursultan Nazarbayev has confirmed his consent to attend the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) on April 17-19 among other world leaders, Chinese MFA Spokesperson Jiang Yu informed at a briefing today in Beijing; Kazinform reports.

Presidents Asif Ali Zardari (Pakistan), Faure Gnassingbe (Togo) and Premiers Sanjaagiin Bayar (Mongolia), Thein Sein (Burma), Nguyen Tan Dung (Vietnam), Matti Vanhanen (Finland), Sali Berisha (Albania), John Key (New Zealand) and Michael Somare (Papua New Guinea) and ex-Pesident of the USA George Bush and ex-Premier of Japan Yasuo Fukuda have been also invited for the forum. Wen Jiabao will chair the conference titled ?Economic Crisis and Asia: Challenges and Prospects?. The first day of the forum will be devoted to the bilateral meetings between the heards of states and governments.
