President Nazarbayev to pay official visit to India on Jan 23-26
ASTANA. January 14. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev will pay a state visit to the Republic of India on January 23-26. Official representative of Kazakh Foreign Affairs Ministry Yerzhan Ashikbayev has made it public at a briefing today.
Within the visit President Nazarbayev will hold negotiations with the leadership of the country on a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation including energy sphere, peaceful space exploration, cultural and humanitarian sphere, information technologies and education.
The investment business forum with the participation of business circles of the two countries will take place within the visit. Its purpose is to develop mutual business contacts and search for new opportunities of implementation of perspective projects both in Kazakhstan and India.
Besides, the Head of the State as a main honorary guest will take part in the celebration of India?s Independence Day.
