President Nazarbayev to pay working visit to Karaganda region

RAGANDA. November 21. KAZINFORM /Olga Petrenko/ President Nursultan Nazarbayev is expected to visit Karaganda region today.

As the press service of the region's akimat (administration) reports, the President is planned to pay a two-day working trip to the region.

According to the press service, the Head of State will survey in Karaganda sports facilities, which are constructed for the 20^th anniversary of Kazakhstan's independence: Tennis Center, Boxing Center and Ice Palace. Moreover, it is planned to visit a new 4,000-seat cathedral mosque constructed in the regional center.

According to the visit program, the President will visit Temirtau town. It is expected that N.Nazarbayev will survey ArcelorMittal Temirtau JSC. Besides, the President will get acquainted with a new historical-cultural center.

On the second day it is planned that the President will visit in Karaganda a new plant on construction of agricultural aircrafts KazAviaSpectrum LLP. It is planned to hold a telebridge with online launch of investment and social projects.

And the Head of State plans to visit a Monument of Independence.
