President noted the need for further development of military-industrial complex

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Head of State has received Assistant - Secretary of the Security Council Nurlan Yermekbayev and First Deputy Minister of Defence - Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Saken Zhasuzakov, Akorda reports.

The meeting discussed the current state of the Armed Forces, improvement of their performance, as well as providing modern military equipment and weapons. President of Kazakhstan drew attention to the need for further development of defense-industrial complex and military-technical cooperation. Following the meeting the President gave a number of specific instructions.
