President of airport of Astana told about work done after Mayor's comments
During one of the recent sittings of the city administration, the Mayor of Astana criticized the work of the Astana airport. As A. Dzhaksybekov noted, transport and customs bodies are not working well enough. Too high prices and low quality of services provide too many reasons for complaints of passengers. Today, president of the Astana airport Kairat Zhaukhanov told about the conducted work: in particular, a walk through the green corridor is ensured for the passengers without customs clearance.
The international standards will be introduced in work of the Astana airport in the nearest future. The main emphasis will be made on the service sphere. Besides, it is planned to reconstruct the passenger terminal. Besides, the services rendered to passengers will be reconsidered. Moreover, the enterprises working in the territory of the airport will have to bring their standards to a new level.
