President of Guinea-Bissau arrives at Akorda
Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev welcomed the President of Guinea-Bissau, Umaro Sissoco Embaló, at the Akorda Palace, Kazinform News Agency reports.
By tradition, the Guard of Honor lined up in the Ceremonial Hall in honor of the high guest.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Umaro Sissoco Embaló walked along the blue carpet towards the State Flag of Kazakhstan after which the two leaders left for the closed-door talks.
Recall that the President of Guinea-Bissau arrived in Astana for an official visit. The highest level talks will focus on the prospects for cooperation between Kazakhstan and Guinea-Bissau in the political, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres.
