President of Ireland congratulated Kazakhstan on 20th anniversary of independence

ASTANA. December 15. KAZINFORM President of Ireland Michael Higgins congratulated Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev and the people of Kazakhstan on the 20th anniversary of the country's independence.
