President OKs transit of French military equipment via Kazakhstan's territory

ASTANA. January 9. KAZINFORM Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On ratification of the Protocol on amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the French Republic on the provision of transit of military equipment and personnel via territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with the participation of the Armed Forces of the French Republic in efforts to stabilize and restore the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, signed on 6 October 2009 in Astana," Kazinform has learnt from the presidential press service.
