KAZINFORM The Kazakh President signed the Law ?On ratification of the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons which may be Deemed to be Excessively Injurious or to have Indiscriminate Effects and the Protocols to it: the Protocol on non-detectable fragments (Protocol I), the Protocol on Prohibition or Restrictions on the Use of Incendiary Weapons (Protocol III) and the Protocol on Laser Blinding Weapon (Protocol IV)?, Kazinform refers to the Presidential press service.
