President?s Address defines concept of surmounting financial crisis: Majilis Deputy V. Nekhoroshev

ASTANA. March 6. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ ?President?s Address to the Nation contains a concept of surmounting the current financial crisis and development of the Government?s anti-crisis program?, Deputy of the Majilis of the RK Parliament Vladimir Nekhoroshev has said commenting on the Message.

?The President has defined those directions of development which will be financed from the budget: construction of roads, domestic telecommunications and construction of schools. The most important thing is that the Address provides for retraining of personnel which will allow us to become stronger and renewed after the crisis. The Head of the State highlights that stability and unity of our nation is a pledge of the state?s success?, V. Nekhoroshev said.
