President's Address foresees unprecedented business support
AKTAU. KAZINFORM - President Nursultan Nazarbayev proposed unprecedented incentives for supporting business in his recent State-of-the-Nation, believes chairman of Vainakh association in Aktau city Magomed Lorsanov.

"Apart from my public activities, I also own a little business. My enterprise sells construction materials. And I was really excited to hear about the initiative to allot 100 billion tenge on soft loans for Kazakhstani businessmen of all levels suggested by President Nazarbayev," Mr. Lorsanov said. He also lauded the fact that the Presidential Address pays utmost attention to the development of special economic zones. "In order to attract investments, Kazakhstan needs to create specific conditions and develop those zones," Lorsanov added.
