President’s Message meets rural medical profession expectations

According to him, young professionals are coming to the rural areas and they are provided with housing and their children can attend kindergartens. Working conditions are being improved. At the staff's disposal there are electronic medical histories and electronic patients' records. Every doctor and nurse has a computer. In general, there are all conditions for health workers to work productively for the patients' benefit.
