President Sadyr Zhaparov to make official visit to Japan

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov will make an official visit to Japan on November 17-20, head of the foreign policy department of the presidential administration of the Kyrgyz Republic Muratbek Azymbakiev told, Kabar reports.

“As part of the visit, meetings and negotiations will be held with His Majesty Emperor Naruhito, Prime Minister of Japan Fumio Kishida, Speaker of Parliament Fukushiro Nukaga, members of Parliament, as well as with the leadership of such structures as ROTOBO - Association of Japanese Businesses, JATA - Japan Association of Tour Operators, JBIC - Japanese Exim Bank, JETRO - Japan External Trade Development Association, JICA - Japan International Cooperation Agency and others.

During the meetings, the parties will discuss current issues on the development and expansion of bilateral Kyrgyz-Japanese cooperation in all areas of mutual interest, including trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian and consular and visa areas.

During the visit, it is planned to sign a number of bilateral documents,” Muratbek Azymbakiev said.
