President signs Law on ratification of 8th Additional Protocol to Constitution of Universal Postal Union

ASTANA. March 24. KAZINFORM Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On ratification of the Eighth Additional Protocol to the Constitution of the Universal Postal Union".
