President to visit Atyrau region today

ATYRAU. November 17. KAZINFORM /Andrey Sokolov/ On the eve of the III Summit of Caspian States President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev is expected to visit Atyrau region on Wednesday.

As the press service of the regional akimat informs, N.Nazarbayev plans to get acquainted with the work of Caspian Technical Resources training center preparing personnel for onshore and offshore oil producing facilities. The Head of the State is to visit the plant on repair and maintenance of gas turbines and equipment built within the engineering sector development program. The President also plans to meet and hold talks with Governor of Astrakhan region Alexander Zhilkin.

Later in the day the President will visit new water purification station #3 in Atyrau as well as a greenhouse and a vegetable store.
