President Tokayev invites Italy’s PM Giorgia Meloni for official visit to Kazakhstan
President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Prime Minister of Italy Giorgia Meloni met on the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) 2025 sidelines in the UAE, Kazinform News Agency has learnt from the Akorda press service.
Kazakh leader Tokayev extended birthday greetings to Giorgia Meloni, wishing her success in state activity for further prosperity of the friendly nation of Italy.
The Kazakh President warmly recalled his official visit to Rome last year, marking the new stage in Kazakh-Italian relationships.
The Head of State confirmed his invitation for Prime Minister of Italy Giorgia Meloni to make an official visit to Astana with the aim to maintain the high level of interstate cooperation.
Earlier it was reported that President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev had held talks with President of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic Giorgia Meloni as part of his official visit to Italy on January 18, 2024.
