President Tokayev makes visit to new polyclinic in Astana
President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev visited the newly built clinic in the Kazakh capital, Kazinform News Agency cites the Akorda press service.
The City polyclinic’s new branch for 30 thousand patients is located in the dynamically developing district of Astana. The clinic offers a wide range of medical services from primary medical care to comprehensive diagnosis and consultations from specialists of all profiles.
The clinic is the third branch of the City’s polyclinic facility. Two more branches are to be commissioned next year. The uniqueness of the clinic is that it will house a mammology center.
According to Aliya Rustemova, head of the public health department of Astana, there is a shortage of outpatient facilities on the left bank of the city.
Within the next five years, the construction of three state polyclinics and the opening of 12 private polyclinics are expected in the Kazakh capital.
