President Tokayev talks to world leaders ahead of COP28 in Dubai
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has talked to the heads of state and other participants of the United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP28) ahead of the event's beginning in Dubai, Kazinform News Agency reports via Akorda.
As reported earlier, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev arrived at the Dubai Expo City to participate in the opening ceremony of the United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP28).
