President visited new cathedral mosque in Karaganda

RAGANDA. November 21. KAZINFORM /Olga Petrenko/ President Nursultan Nazarbayev has visited a new cathedral mosque within a working visit to Karaganda region. The construction of the mosque is devoted to the 20th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

KZT 1.7 bln spent for the 4,000-seat mosque construction. The regional enterprises and organizations sponsored the construction.
