President visited State Women Pedagogical University in Almaty

ALMATY. November 16. KAZINFORM /Aigul Turysbekova/ Today within the working trip to Almaty Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev has visited the House of Students of the Kazakh State Women Pedagogical University.

According to the President, this is a unique educational institution for girls, who are, primarily, from rural areas.

N. Nazarbayev expressed confidence that the graduates of the University would go to work in villages. "About 6, 500 young specialists are working at present in rural areas. The state and local authorities create all necessary conditions for them. Village is the cradle of our nation. Children in rural areas must obtain as good education as their peers", he said.

"The students of the University are future teachers and mothers. The institution provided all conditions for educating harmonious persons. Future of any nation depends on mother who is the first teacher of a child. I think this is the mission of the University", the President noted.
