President visits rubber and plastics factory in Astana's Industrial Park No1
Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev visited the LLP Unified Consolidation Center in the Industrial Park No1, Kazinform News Agency reports via Akorda.
Established in 2018, the company specializes in production of rubber and plastic items. The enterprise manufactures 72 million items of tamper-evident seals and self-adhesive labels as well as 24 million units of ear tags used in cattle-breeding.
The Unified Consolidation Center is a part of LLP Universal group of companies, which manages the plant for the production of polypropylene sacks and a starch factory in other regions.
The company plans to implement a project of deep processing of corn with the capacity of 150 thousand tons in Shardara town of Turkistan region.
The LLP Universal group of companies manufactures more than 80 types of products and employs 3,400 people. The total of volume of investments is 60 billion tenge.
