Presidential Innovation Club held first sitting in Astana

ASTANA. December 6. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The first sitting of the Presidential Innovation Club was held within the framework of the forum themed "Innovative Kazakhstan - a look into the future after 20 years of independence" at the Astana Palace of Independence.

The Club was founded on the instruction of President Nursultan Nazarbayev by JSC "National Innovation Fund" under the aegis of Kazakh Ministry of Industry and New Technologies.

Its main goals are to promote the domestic innovative projects, assist in their implementation, attract high technology in Kazakhstan, invest in science and innovations.

Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov, members of the Government, heads of national companies, foreign experts and scientists attended the sitting.
