Presidential prize for mass media amounts to KZT 2.2 million

This year each cash prize amounts to KZT 2.2 million, grant - to KZT 1.764 million, the official website of Akorda reported Tuesday. Recall that candidates for receiving awards and grants may be nominated by the media, trade unions, associations, and public authorities. Creative teams may be put forward by trade unions, association, and public authorities. Each media, trade union, public association, public body may propose up to two candidates for awards and grants. Self-nomination of candidates for receiving the awards, grants and citations is not allowed.
