Press-conference dedicated to Constitution Day held in Baku
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan Serik Primbetov telling about the history of the Constitution informed that Kazakhstan always adheres to the democratic course accepted at the beginning of independence. "On May, 21, 2007 the special consultative body which comprised all the political figures of the country developed the whole block of amendments to the Constitution as a result of which Kazakhstan was modified from the presidential republic into the presidentially-parliamentarian one", - S. Primbetov underlined.
The Ambassador also informed that the Kazakhstani way of the democratic development was recognized by the world community.
At the end of the press-conference he noted that the Constitution of Kazakhstan plays a significant role in union of different nationalities in Kazakhstan connected with common historical fate.
Within the Constitution Day the Kazakh Embassy outspread the information in Azerbaijani mass media on fundamental reforms in spheres of Kazakhstan taken place due to the Principal Law of the Republic.
